As a Client Support Representative your main responsibilities are:

• responding to client requests efficiently and professionally through phone and email, ensuring excellent support service 
• submitting orders and monitoring processes 
• developing and sustaining positive relationships with clients
• managing order processing and handling invoicing responsibilities 

The Client Support Representative we are looking for should have:

• excellent PC skills & knowledge of Softone ERP system
• excellent knowledge of English (spoken & written)
• exceptional and interpersonal skills 
•  at least 1-2 years experience in customer service, order taking or administrative roles

• stable working hours Monday to Friday
