We are looking for a highly motivated Export Sales Support Specialist

to join our Export Team, based in Liti-Thessaloniki.

Responsibilities:

• Executes all day-to-day activities regarding customer order management.
• Tracking the process & progress of sales orders.
• Arranges deliveries to, and collections from, customer sites through 3rd party couriers and liaises with the company’s warehouse operations and transportation teams.
• Ensures that all purchase orders are received from clients prior to dispatching.
• Follows-up on all stock levels of relevant products and monitoring of incoming shipments.
• Communicates with customers to ensure they are made aware of any changes relating to their orders/delivery and to support on-going sales.
• Manages customer complaints and provides solutions.
• Assists in the handling of all enquiries from customers, agents and distributors.
• Proactively assist and support other members of the team.

Requirements:

• BA in Business Administration, Economics, International Studies or related field
• 2 years of experience in export sales administration position
• Excellent interpersonal skills: persuasiveness, adaptability, resilience and tenacity.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficiency in English language.
• Very good knowledge of Spanish
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM platforms

• Experience and knowledge of international trade, shipping procedures and documentation.
