Front Office Manager

As a Front Office Manager you will…
- Manage the daily operations of
the Front Office department, ensuring exceptional guest service is delivered
- Monitor and manage room
inventory, availability, and rates to maximize revenue
- Ensure all front desk procedures
are followed, including guest check-in and check-out, billing, and room
assignments
- Handle guest complaints and
resolve any issues to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a positive working
relationship with other hotel departments to ensure teamwork and efficient
operations
- Ensure appropriate training for all team members,
prepare work schedules, and compile feedback reports accordingly
- Hold monthly department meetings keeping staff
informed of all activities in the hotel, reinforcing employee standards and
promoting a strong team atmosphere and culture
- Remain current in all updates with regards to new
procedures and training
- Be aware and able to enforce all health and safety
procedures
Entry Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related
field
- Proven, at least, 3 years experience in a similar role
within the luxury hospitality industry
- Excellent
command of the English language, both spoken and written
- Additional language knowledge would be consider an
extra asset
- Knowledge of hotel systems such as PMS, POS, and CRM
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer
service skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Strong customer service orientation
