Front Office Manager

We are looking for a Front Office Manager who wants to move his / her career forward. As a Front Office Manager you will…

  • Manage the daily operations of the Front Office department, ensuring exceptional guest service is delivered
  • Monitor and manage room inventory, availability, and rates to maximize revenue
  • Ensure all front desk procedures are followed, including guest check-in and check-out, billing, and room assignments
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with other hotel departments to ensure teamwork and efficient operations
  • Ensure appropriate training for all team members, prepare work schedules, and compile feedback reports accordingly
  • Hold monthly department meetings keeping staff informed of all activities in the hotel, reinforcing employee standards and promoting a strong team atmosphere and culture
  • Remain current in all updates with regards to new procedures and training
  • Be aware and able to enforce all health and safety procedures

Entry Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Proven, at least, 3 years experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry
  • Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written
  • Additional language knowledge would be consider an extra asset
  • Knowledge of hotel systems such as PMS, POS, and CRM
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong customer service orientation
