ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, is looking to hire an Acquisitions & Sales Support Officer, whose main duty will be to establish and maintain commercial contact with high level executives who are the decision makers of targeted clients, aiming to book meetings with the Business Managers of our client. Our client is a key player in the field of vehicle leasing and fleet management. Workplace is at the firm’s local HQ in north suburbs of Athens.

Job Description
The aspects of the role include:
• Qualifying companies that fit into the firm’s target group
• Calling B2B leads and prospects to:
• Detect opportunities/interest
• Further qualify and establish relationship
• Arrange appointments for the Business Managers to meet the decision makers
• Send appointment confirmation letters
• After the visit, process visit reports; deliver, transfer or plan actions
• Produce quotations and follow up proposals to prospects as discussed with the Business Managers
• Update the CRM tool with all the relevant information
• Prepare standard Framework Agreement and “client file” for Framework Agreement implementation
• Enter data and actions into firm’s CRM
• Archive related documents & support the Account Managers in the administration of their daily work

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics, or Equivalent
• One to three years relevant experience
• Knowledge of automotive market is a plus

• MS Office Tools (expert user)
• Client focus
• Excellent Communication Skills:
• Very good writing skills in Greek and English,
• Very good speaking skills,
• Professional approach in terms of asking the right questions and getting all the information needed in a short time within a cold calling process, where a meeting has to be booked
• Ability to communicate efficiently with high level executives within clients
• Positive attitude
• Team player
• Multitasking and flexible
