As an R&D Engineer your main responsibilities are:

• Design and develop analog and digital circuits for electrical products, emphasizing power electronics and high-voltage
• Support new product creation from concept to production, ensuring compliance with standards
• Design and integrate embedded systems for device control and monitoring
• Create PCB layouts and conduct testing for reliability and EMC compliance
• Work with cross-functional teams to debug, optimize, and refine prototypes
• Stay updated on industry trends and research new technologies to enhance product performance
• Conduct rigorous testing to confirm performance, reliability, and safety
• Create technical documentation to document design decisions and compliance
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction

The right candidate for the position of R&D Engineer should have:

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (Master's degree considered a plus)
• 1-3 years of experience
• Proficiency in electronic design (analog/digital) and microcontroller fundamentals
• Previous academic background in power systems or high voltage systems
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Attention to detail
• Project and time management skills
• Resilience
• Creativity
• Teamwork
