Adecco on behalf of ENISA, the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity and the center of expertise for cyber security in Europe, is seeking to recruit one candidate for the position of Cybersecurity Operational Assistant in Athens.
ENISA Cybersecurity Operational Assistant within CSIRT Team
Job description
• Provides support with tasks in such areas as Incident Response (CSIRTs), Technical hands-on training development, cooperation with law enforcement
• Provides support with meeting organizations, drafting meeting minutes or short report from cybersecurity events such as technical workshops and working group meetings
• Provides technical assistant for SharePoint platform development and testing
Created and had run test use cases
Research of security interest and compiling good practices
Reviewed documentation and enhanced content with new proposals
Evaluation of technical solutions
• Provides support with CSIRTs Network Secretariat administrative tasks and CSIRT community building projects
• Provides support with the update of the ENISA CSIRT Inventory online tool
• Provides support with the collection and analysis of existing publicly available material and carry out surveys.
• Assists in the organisation of workshops and teleconferences in the areas mentioned above.
• Provides assistance to project managers in terms of tasks described above.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
Candidates Profile
• University degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information systems, Social sciences, Law or other relevant area with a strong orientation on cybersecurity. Postgraduate level studies on a cybersecurity-related subject-matter, it is an asset.
• Computer programming skills with contemporary IT technologies, especially SharePoint, C#, etc.
• Good understanding of network and information security
• Ideally, experience with IT tools including office applications, databases, web-platforms such as SharePoint, virtualization environments, cloud solutions, etc.
• Ideally, experience in projects on topics related to cyber security operations such as incident response.
• Ability to draft minutes and technical reports in English as demonstrated by publications and technical reports addressing topics related to the post;
• Ideally, good understanding of the European and member states’ policy priorities in the area of cybersecurity.
• Good communication in English both orally and in writing. Analysis and problem-solving skills.
