of our client, an international pharmaceutical and cosmetics
company is seeking a Customer Service Administrator.
📌 Location: Marousi
📍 Working
Model: Monday-Friday, 08:30-16:30 (1-day per
week remotely)
📄 Contract:
Fixed-term, with the possibility of renewalWhat you will do:
What you will do:
- Responsible for the order
management process (receiving, checking, and processing orders)
- Manage returns and recalls
according to the Company’s policy
- Create sales analysis based on
requests by the Sales Department
- Update master data (customers,
products etc.)
- Assist on any ad hoc projects
assigned by the supervisor
- Participate in meetings
organized by the department or other departments
What we are looking for:
- BSc degree in
Business or Logistics
- At least 6 months in
a similar position within a logistics or commercial environment, preferred
- Fluent in Greek and
English, both written and spoken (French would be considered an asset)
- Good knowledge of MS
Office and ERP Systems
- Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
- Team player and
multitasker
- Problem-solving
abilities
- High level of
accuracy and attention to details
