About Supply Chain:
Supply Chain Europe is responsible for distributing Yara products to our customers all across Europe. The organization manages all supply chain processes: order management, transport management, operational planning, complaints handling and billing.
Job Description::
- Creation, maintenance, and closure of sales orders, including sales order prices verification.
- Compliance with tax, legal, and other regulations applicable to the fertilizer business (e.g., explosive materials).
- Interaction with external and internal customers (e.g., telephone, email).
- Request creation and maintenance of customer accounts, informing plants and warehouses accordingly.
- Updating shipping instructions for loading/unloading, preparation of delivery documentation as needed.
- Delivery planning and execution for FCA, CPT, and other incoterms from TPP warehouses and triangular export sales.
- Coordination of exports, including road, train, and sea container transportation.
- Post goods issue handling, creation of shipment and shipment cost documents.
- Stock control through SAP, resolution of truck loading-related issues.
- Customs formalities handling, follow-up on container activities for exports.
- Billing, creation, control, and end-of-month follow-up of invoices, including control of goods issues not invoiced.
- Follow-up on customer complaints, corrective actions.
- Initiation of query procedures to handle and solve system issues (SAP and interfaces), request for system developments and improvements, participation in testing.
