Responsibilities
- Manage all Social Media Platforms of the Brand
- Management of all websites of the Brand (Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking)
- Develop and lead brand and direct response media strategy, planning, and execution
- Create & Manage campaigns for Facebook Ads, Bing Ads & other platforms
- Work with the designer & marketing team for all offline marketing material (Presentations, Menus, Brochures, etc.)
- Track, report and analyze website analytics
- Manage external relationships and communication with partners & Influencers to ensure the success of digital marketing initiative
- Responsible for all channels to be aligned with Brand Identity in terms of Marketing content (TripAdvisor, Google Maps, OTAs)
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of industry trends, digital technology, metrics measurement and demonstrate the ability to recognize how they can impact
- Develop business cases for new marketing programs based on data-driven insights.
- Able to proactively identify and develop integrated PR, Social Media and content programs
- Actively managing professional relationships with influencers that will benefit the hotel and company as a whole by arranging photo shoots, entertaining key media and influencer contacts, responding in a timely way to media enquiries.
