Human Resources Generalist
Location: Ouranoupolis, Halkidiki
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and analytical support to the HR Manager in the development of a consistent HR strategy for all properties
- Support employees in leaves, compensation and in various HR-related issues
- Maintain records of personnel-related data in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
- Prepare reports, organize employee performance appraisals and conduct employee satisfaction surveys
- Interact with all operational departments and coordinate training sessions and seminars
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company’s policies and procedures
- Create job advertisements, advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media and internally
- Perform orientations, onboarding and update records with new hires
- Screen candidate’s CV’s and applications forms; contact interviews
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate further interviews
- Inform new or existing employees about responsibilities, job duties, benefits, schedules, accommodation, transportation, working conditions, promotion opportunities
Qualifications / Personal characteristics:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry or in a high volume recruitment environment
- Degree in Human Resources or Hospitality Management
- Excellent knowledge of English language; computer literacy (especially MS Excel), good knowledge of LinkedIn sourcing
- Experience with sourcing techniques and in resume databases
- Strong communication skills and a problem solving person
- Pleasant personality, team player, focused on accomplishing high quality results
