Customer Operations Representative

Randstad is looking for a Customer Operations Representative on behalf of ZeniΘ, the 1st provider of integrated energy in Greece, with natural gas and electricity!

The Customer Operations Representative will be responsible for the following:

• Communicating with customers via email and phone to provide information about products and services.
• Responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintaining accurate customer service records.
• Investigating and resolving customer queries efficiently.
• Handling customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the required timeframes and following up to ensure resolution.
• Raising support tickets to track and resolve customer requests.
• Maintaining and updating the customer database.
• Escalating inquiries to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Collecting and documenting accurate customer feedback.
• Following communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.
• Going the extra mile to engage and support customers.

The ideal candidate should have the below for the Customer Operations Representative:

• Bachelor’s degree would be an asset
• Communication skills and a strong command of the Greek and English language
• Organizational skills
• Customer-oriented approach
• Team spirit
• Responsibility and consistency
• Flexibility  
• Strong attention to detail
• Multitasking skills  
• In-depth knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) principles

• Computer literate (MS Office).
• Knowledge of CRM systems and telecommunication platforms.
