If so, your next career move starts here!

Join our Indirect Retail team at Papastratos, the Greek affiliate of Philip Morris International, and take charge of your own team and region. As the key contact for both small and large retailers, you’ll be at the forefront of building and maintaining crucial business relationships. You’ll develop and implement innovative ideas, strategize using analytics and shopper insights, leverage your market knowledge to drive sales, and execute your strategies to achieve outstanding results.

This is a fixed-term position with the potential for renewal to a permanent role based on performance results and business needs. If you’re passionate about making a difference and eager to advance your career, there’s no better place to be. Apply now and be part of our journey towards a smoke-free future!

Your ‘day to day’:

  • Lead the Indirect Retail Team in your region and provide effective guidance to meet business objectives.
  • Identify market opportunities at the sub-territory level, and develop and roll out specific action plans to support continuous user growth.
  • Monitor and analyze relevant market information to maintain comprehensive regional knowledge that supports business decisions.
  • Increase product awareness through the retail channel. Maximize product availability and manage out-of-stock situations at Points of Sale by engaging and educating retailers to ensure proper stock levels.
  • Analyze sales cycle results for the assigned area and provide constructive feedback to the Regional and Commercial Planning Teams to improve the quality and standards of future sales cycle activities.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Candidates who are based in Athens or willing to relocate.
  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3-7 years of professional experience in Field Sales or Commercial roles.
  • A confident and positive attitude, focused on strong collaboration and positive influence.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills, with the ability to present complex concepts across the organization and make data-driven decisions.
  • Fluency in both English and Greek, with strong speaking and writing skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • A valid driving license.
  • Completed military obligations (if applicable).

What you will gain:

At Papastratos, we believe our people are the key to our success. When you join our team, you’ll experience:

  • Career Growth: As you advance within the organization, you’ll have the opportunity to rotate through various functions within the Commercial department. This will allow you to move into unique roles and channels in the market, helping you develop a well-rounded commercial skill set that extends beyond sales.

  • Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a work culture that prioritizes your well-being and provides flexible work arrangements to help you maintain a healthy work-life balance.
  • Great Benefits: On top of your competitive salary, you’ll enjoy benefits like a double-matched pension scheme, private health insurance, a company tool car with fuel expenses covered, office equipment, a meal allowance, and access to discounted products and partner perks.
