Event Coordination & Administrative Assistant
(Interim Agent – up to 8 months)
Cedefop is looking to secure the support of an interim agent for up to 8 months in the Operations Department. Within the Department, the interim will be engaged in in providing support for:
- the organisation of physical, virtual and hybrid events, ensuring the smooth execution of all logistical and administrative tasks before, during, and after the events.
- the administrative management of Cedefop networks of external experts.
Job description
• Provide administrative and logistical support for event organisation, including planning, coordination, and execution of events.
• Assist in the preparation and implementation of event-related documents, materials, and activities.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders, including participants, speakers, and service providers.
• Support Cedefop staff in keeping network records up to date, organising meetings and supporting communication
