Are you experienced in identifying and securing new business opportunities within both public and private sectors across international markets?

Have you demonstrated success in driving significant sales growth in a global market?

ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client, a global LIDAR manufacturer into the world, is looking for an International Sales (Public & Private Sector).

📌 Location: Metamorfosi , Attica, Greece

📍 Working Model: On-site

🖋️You will be reporting to: Sales Director & Managing Director

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, building strong relationships with clients in the private and public sectors, and identifying new opportunities for growth. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated professional to make a significant impact in an exciting and rapidly evolving industry.

More specifically:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets, targeting both private enterprises and public sector organizations.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including government industrial sector, environmental organizations, research institutions, and corporate clients.
  • Lead the preparation of proposals, RFPs (Requests for Proposals), and another tender documentation for public and private sector clients.
  • Work closely with the engineering, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and client meetings as needed.
  • Ability to travel across the globe

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or a related field.
  • Master’s degree in business administration is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the private or public sector sales, with a proven track record in managing or selling products with long sales cycles.
  • Excellent knowledge of English language.
  • Demonstrated expertise in understanding, using and supporting complex technical products or solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self- driven with high motivation and results-oriented mindset.
  • Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
