Warehouse Equipment Controller (2 persons)

Projects Company based in Koropi and operating worldwide, seeks 2 well experienced Warehouse Equipment Controllers, one Mechanical and one with Electronics/Electrical background, to organize warehouse, control inventory, coordinate transportation and project materials preparation for shipping.

Responsibilities

• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
• Maintains receiving, warehousing, and shipping operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
• Complies with state and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
• Establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
• Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
• Completes warehouse operational requirements
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job requirements

• One person with Mechanical and one with Electronics/Electrical background
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position
• Good Knowledge/use of English language (written and verbal)
• Pro-active & Teamwork, Inventory Control, Reporting Skills, Analyzing Information , Equipment Maintenance, Judgment
• Knowledge of MS Office package
• Knowledge of Soft 1 would be an asset
