Skills and Qualifications
1. Two years minimum experience at Sous Chef position.
2. Previous Pre-Opening Experience.
3. Proven success working with all levels of management.
4. Keen attention to detail.
5. In-depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation, and nutrition.
6. Flexible working hours, including weekends and evenings, when necessary.
7. Capable of working in a fast-paced, production environment.
8. Confident in working with branded operations.
9. Excellent command of both English and Greek language.
10. Well-groomed with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
