Job Description
For our flagship Store in Glyfada (Eponymo Store) we are looking for Co - Store Manager.
- The Co Store Manager will be co-responsible for achieving Store’s sales
and maximizing profitability through effective management of Store team and
implementation of Gruppo Pagoni programs, policies, and procedures.
- The Co Store Manager will take a proactive approach to the business
trends and needs. Also acts as a positive role model to Store personnel,
representing and supporting the company’s values and image.
- The Co Store Manager is co-responsible for continuously improving and
developing Store Management skills through assignment of specific
responsibilities (Visual / Merchandising / Operations) to Assistant Store
Manager, Supervisor and Sales Associates.
- The Co-Store Manager will be co-responsible for providing an excellent
customer service, ensuring to clients a high-level shopping experience, always
achieving sales targets and KPIs of the Store. The ideal profile will work as
Brand Ambassador able to represent the image and transfer the values of the
brand in terms of standing, knowledges, and contents to our clients.
Requirements
- Prior working experience in a Luxury / Premium
Brand is mandatory
- English knowledge is mandatory (second foreign
language will be considered as a plus)
- Strong attitude in managing a proper selling
ceremony and customer service, pleasant with high social and
communicational skills
- Focused on results and targets, able to work in
fast and dynamic environment
- Great interest for Fashion Market and its main
influencer, brands, and dynamics. Really updated about trends and needs of
our customer target
