Are you an active sports enthusiast with a thorough understanding of sales, marketing and negotiating techniques?

Would you be interested in working as a Media Sales Manager for a leading Sports Media Company?

The responsibilities of the Media Sales Manager will include:

  • Implement company’s sales strategy with diligence
  • Conduct worldwide market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs for TV Sports Series, Documentaries, Live Rights and TV news content for various sport
  • events
  • Approach potential clients (broadcasters, OTT Platforms, Airlines, digital media)
  • Maintain excellent relationships with all clients in the company’s portfolio
  • Negotiate, prepare, and send contracts to the clients, ensure the information flow within the company, work closely with the video production and media distribution teams to make sure the
  • agreed content & services are offered in a timely manner and actively follow up with the client
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Distribution team to achieve better results
  • Track every media purchase made to ensure that it is completed accurately and on time
  • Travel worldwide to see clients, attend trade shows, exhibitions & conferences, and/or participate in industry events or trainings and organize business trips

The ideal Media Sales Manager should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a Sports Media Related Field
  • Proven experience of at least 5 years in international sales via email and outbound calls, preferably in an English-speaking environment
  • Previous experience in the sports media industry will be considered a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in professional English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Availability to travel
  • Ambitious and determined to succeed
  • Team player and proactive approach to work
  • Excellent research and relationship-building skills
  • Well organized and self-motivated with multi-tasking skills, able to provide solutions and manage work and small teams
