Περιγραφή

A well-known Consulting Company is looking for an Office Manager for a full-time job based in the center of Athens.

Duties:

  • Management and coordination of the company's administrative procedures
  • Maintenance of records, contracts, and other documents
  • Drafting and editing reports, presentations, and corporate correspondence
  • Monitoring financial transactions and invoices
  • Supporting budget and expense management
  • Collaborating with the accounting department on payroll, taxes, and financial statements
  • Organizing and overseeing supplies and inventory
  • Communicating with suppliers and partners for negotiations and agreements
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of the office (equipment, consumables, etc.)

Necessary qualifications:

  • Graduate of secondary or higher education (AEI / TEI / IEK)
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
  • Work experience in a similar position of more than 5 years
  • Excellent knowledge of PC and Office tools
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Team spirit, consistency and professionalism
  • Ability to multi-task under tight deadlines
  • Detail and result oriented
  • Experience with accounting software such as Pylon will be appreciated
