Main Responsibilities:
- Responds to all customer queries within the 24-hour time frame
- Assists our customers with questions, answers queries and resolves complaints
- Provides information regarding YouHerbIt’s products and services
- Resolves customer issues in a timely manner;
- Identifying the root of the problem and defining the reasons behind it.
- Choosing the right solution and thoroughly explaining it to the customer
- Expediting said solution for the customer
- Monitoring progress through to resolution
- Sets the correct priorities for managing their daily workload
- communicates clearly with both suppliers & couriers to provide updates to the customers.
Experience:
Entry level experience : 1 to 3 years
