Administration Assistant (Based in Thessaloniki)
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales and back-office teams, ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations.
- Manage and enter orders into the system.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the sales team.
- Communicate with clients and partners to track orders.
- Prepare & file relevant documents.
- Assist in creating reports and presentations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure workflow efficiency.
