- Assist with leasing activities, including tenant inquiries, lease preparation, and move-in/move-out procedures.
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, communicating with vendors and tenants as needed.
- Conduct property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
- Maintain accurate records of property-related transactions and correspondence.
- Assist with budget preparation and financial reporting.
- Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Support marketing efforts to attract prospective tenants.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.

- Possession of a valid driving license and ownership of a car or motorcycle.
