- Directly increase Market Center count by career visioning Market Center Operating Principal (franchisees) candidates
- Work with Regional Operating Principal (Master Franchisor) directly in awarding MCs on model and to the regional standards
At the discretion of the ROP, coach and support the Team Leader Community to help achieve the following goals:
a. Increase Agent count through MC core group & MC launch process (active focus for first 120 days of MC launch)
b. Increase GCI (Gross Commission Income)
c. Increase MC Owner Profit
d. Increase Growth Share
e. Increase Regional Royalty
- Partner with the Regional OP to lead the Region in the KW Culture and the Mission, Vision, Values, Beliefs, and Perspective (MVVBP)
2. Regular Work Activities – What are the most frequent and most essential work activities in this job?
- Lead Generate for Market Center Operating Principal Talent - calls, email marketing, social media marketing and coordinating candidates’ participation at events
- Drive all lead and contact management of MC OP Talent – lead nurturing, follow up and conversion
- Screen and interview all MC OP candidates and build Career Visioning packet for each MC OP Candidate
- Coordinate necessary reference checks, background checks and behavioral assessments for each MC OP Candidate
- Manage MC application process and present all eligible MC OP candidates to Regional OP and team
- Meet and communicate regularly with ROP to lead process for awarding and launching market centers
- Conduct coaching calls to the TL Community on a consistent basis and occasionally visit/support MCs at local events and/or activities
