If you have experience in sales and a proven track record in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry, developing relationships with the retailers, serving as the primary contact, implementing monthly business plan, this opportunity is for you!

As a Key Account Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborates with National Account Managers (NAM) to build and articulate the customer strategy, monitor its progress, and review outcomes
  • Works with NAM to finalize and agree with the Customer the annual contract – Is responsible to execute it
  • Reach objectives on assortment, distribution and secondary placements
  • Design, execute and control the Trade support budget for his customers
  • Closely monitoring, evaluating and acting upon the sales KPI’s of his customers
  • Working in close cooperation with Field Sales, Marketing and Trade Marketing to deploy company strategies in terms of product innovation and in-store marketing.
  • Secure fast in-market deployment of innovation (listings)
  • Monitor competition strategies and activities

In order for your profile to match this Key Account Manager you need to have the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, or Marketing
  • MBA or Master Equivalent would be considered as a plus
  • Proven experience within the FMCG sector (preferable dairy products) and Modern Trade.
  • Fluency in Greek & English language (verbal & written)
  • Ability to work collaboratively
