Sales Supervisor (Ref. code 722/74027)

The role incumbent will report to the Sales Manager.

Job Description

·       Leads the sales team

·       Determines prospective customers and  monitors sales team performance

·       Controls the flow of customers’ orders, collaboration and financial status

·       Increases company’s market share and sales revenue

·       Further develops company’s brand awareness according to its vision

·       Performs reporting activity

·       University degree

·       At least three (3) years of working sales experience in corrugated board sector

·       Fluency in Greek and English language

·       Very good knowledge of MS Office applications

·       Strategic thinking with sound understanding of sales processes/tools and financial issues

·       Advanced communication, interpersonal and influencing skills

·       Strong numerical and analytical skills

·       Business thinking and results orientation

·       Problem solving and decision making ability
