Golden Coast Hotel 4*, in Protaras, is currently seeking to recruit for the season 2025 an Event Service Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, collect, organize, and distribute information from event planner to waiters and set-up crew
- Develop and implement procedures and standards for the venue
- Ensure that service standards are consistently met in accordance with the F&B Standard Operating Procedures and Hotel’s Policies and Regulations
- Supervise and lead a team of waiters/waitresses in the outlet to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all food and beverage items offered, including ingredients and methods of preparation, to provide accurate information to guests
- Foster excellent communication and teamwork between staff and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Provide excellent, friendly, and professional guest service at all times to create a memorable experience
- Handle guest complaints or concerns effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction and resolving issues promptly
