Περιγραφή

Golden Coast Hotel 4*, in Protaras, is currently seeking to recruit for the season 2025 an Event Service Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, collect, organize, and distribute information from event planner to waiters and set-up crew
  • Develop and implement procedures and standards for the venue
  • Ensure that service standards are consistently met in accordance with the F&B Standard Operating Procedures and Hotel’s Policies and Regulations
  • Supervise and lead a team of waiters/waitresses in the outlet to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of all food and beverage items offered, including ingredients and methods of preparation, to provide accurate information to guests
  • Foster excellent communication and teamwork between staff and other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Provide excellent, friendly, and professional guest service at all times to create a memorable experience
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction and resolving issues promptly

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Qualification and Experience:

  • Working experience of at least 2 years in a similar position
  • Working knowledge of event scheduling methods & planning
  • Very good knowledge of English language
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Positive, engaging personality
  • Professional appearance & attitude
