Περιγραφή

On behalf of our client, world’s leading provider of business process and document management services, we are looking for a Workforce Management Real-Time Analyst (German speaker) in full-time.

Your Responsibilities:

In the operation, staff work under multiple shifts during the day, seven days a week. Given this flexibility, precise tracking of clock in/clock out times in real time is essential to ensure compliance with submitted schedules. Any deviations must be closely monitored and corrected to avoid non-compliance. All these are required based on the implementation of the Digital Work Card, which is an important step towards transparency and rational management of working time in Greece.

  • Ensure compliance with digital card requirements (clock in/out, daily and monthly reporting, internal/external).
  • Process tickets and requests related to project changes.
  • Monitor real-time employee performance, schedules, and productivity using relevant applications.
  • Communicate schedule changes to employees and supervisors.
  • Implement schedule changes as directed by management team and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Report on employee performance and productivity to operational leadership to support target achievement.

Your Profile:

  • Fluent in written and spoken English and German
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent conflict resolution, decision-making, and assertiveness.
  • High level of responsibility and accountability.
  • Strong numerical aptitude.
  • Considered as advantage if familiar with call center processes, workforce logistics, forecasting models, and capacity management.

Working Hours:

40 hours per week

Contract:

Full-time employment contract – presence at the Headquarters required in Thessaloniki.
