The Role
As part of Just Grow Hospitality dynamic team the Hotel Property Manager is responsible for managing in a smooth and efficient way the day-to-day operations of 180 South Seaside Hotel member of Just Grow Hospitality portfolio located in Ermioni, Greece.
What you’ll do
Organize and manage day-to-day property Operations
- Actively participating in the operation of the Front Office department, running the morning shift.
- Manage, organize, and oversee the day-to-day operation of the hotel in cooperation with the rest of the staff.
- Manage the procurement of operating supplies and equipment.
- Ensures full compliance to Hotel operating controls, SOP’s, policies, procedures and standards.
Guest Relations
- Create and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction
- Ensure high standards of service and cleanliness are maintained
- Building and maintaining exceptional relationship with clients and stakeholders
- Creates a warm, friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- Is available to answer any questions, or resolve any problems that the guests may have, always aiming to do whatever reasonably can to ensure that guests have the best possible experience.
- Effectively and professionally handling of any guest complaint and oversees service recovery procedures.
- Reinforcing room upselling and performing cross selling activities regarding additional services (rentals, cruises, restaurants, etc.)
Organize and manage pre-opening procedures
- Assisting in Managing Recruitment and Hiring Process
- Manage property procurement of operating supplies
- Audit of rooms and housekeeping inventory of supplies
