HR Analyst & People Operations

Are you an analytical and detail-oriented professional with a passion for HR operations and people management? We are looking for an HR Analyst & People Operations to join our People & Culture Division in the industrial area of Lamia. This is a great opportunity to support HR operations, manage projects, and provide valuable insights for cost analysis. 

As an HR Analyst & People Operations your main responsibilities will include:

• Payroll Management & People Cost Analysis.
• Maintain and update employee records using the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and generating HR-related requests by using BI reporting tools (Tableau).
• HR Budgeting and analysis of HR-related costs to identify trends and optimize expenses.
• Monitor and manage employee schedules for Time Management.
• Administration of employee relations, engagement initiatives and production inquiries.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and HR policies, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
• Oversee the distribution, tracking, and replenishment of personal protective equipment (PPE) in production employees to ensure safety compliance.

The ideal candidate for HR Analyst & People Operations position should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Financial Studies or a relevant field.
• Up to 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and employee relations abilities.
• Fluency in Greek and a good command of English.
• Knowledge of Greek labor law and familiarity with HRIS systems.
