WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
As our Account Executive, you will act as the main point of contact for ultra-luxury client requests, coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and partners to deliver curated, bespoke experiences that exceed expectations.

Responsibiities
- Serve as the dedicated point of contact for all ultra-luxury client inquiries and requests.
- Manage the entire customer lifecycle from inquiry through to booking and post-trip follow-up.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our B2B partners, ensuring trust and satisfaction.
- Manage logistics for premium services such as private yachts, villas, helicopters, and concierge arrangements.
- Anticipate client needs and proactively offer tailored solutions, ensuring seamless delivery of travel experiences.
- Oversee last-minute changes or special requests with efficiency and discretion.
- Vet suppliers and service providers to ensure they meet ultra-luxury standards & maintain a thorough understanding of the ultra-luxury market and competitors.
- Address and resolve efficiently any issues or concerns that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to the client experience.
- Act as a calm and professional resource during challenging situations, demonstrating excellent judgment and discretion.
Requirements
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Greece’s luxury travel market, including destinations, accommodations, on the ground suppliers & exclusive experiences.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in account management or sales in the luxury travel sector, with a proven track record of managing high-net-worth clients.
- Flexibility: Willingness to be available outside of standard hours to accommodate ultra-luxury client needs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an emphasis on high-end customer service
- Proficient with CRM systems and travel booking platforms
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
- Fluency in English is required
