As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and matching top candidates to meet the needs of our prestigious clients. Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Managing the full candidate lifecycle
  • Actively sourcing and screening candidates using various assessment tools
  • Conducting interviews and assessing candidates before presenting them to clients
  • Leveraging our extensive database and LinkedIn network
  • Attending client meetings to discuss job requirements
  • Supporting clients by coordinating interviews
  • Building and maintaining a strong talent pool to support ongoing projects
  • Taking proactive initiatives to drive business growth
  • Serving as a true Randstad ambassador, upholding our values and professional standards

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you should have:
  • A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, Engineering, or a related field (an MSc is a plus but not essential)
  • Strong communication skills in both Greek and English
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or another customer-focused position
  • Hands-on experience with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively
  • Proven ability to handle pressure and manage multiple projects at once
  • Strong multitasking skills paired with a professional, personable approach
  • Proficiency in using and maximizing the tech tools provided by Randstad
