Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client in the digital solutions field, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position in Athens:

Market Expansion Associate

What you'll do:

• Identify and engage potential clients from marketing campaigns, assessing them as new business opportunities
• Build relationships with prospective customers through emails, calls, and virtual meetings
• Present the company’s services and tailor solutions to meet client needs
• Conduct market research to identify trends and new expansion opportunities
• Actively seek out strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance business growth
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
• Stay up to date with industry trends, company services, and competitor activity

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar role (preferred)
• Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluency in English (written & spoken)
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Interest in technology and digital services is a plus
