Junior Buyer - Fashion Industry

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Buyer to join our dynamic fashion team. In this role, you will assist in sourcing fabrics, trims, and materials while supporting the buying process to ensure the timely availability of high-quality products for our collections. You will collaborate closely with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to guarantee the smooth flow of sourcing and procurement activities. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, select, and follow up on fabrics, trims, and other materials in alignment with product designs and specifications.
• Assist in maintaining supplier relationships, ensuring timely deliveries and compliance with quality standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and help manage the procurement process to avoid delays in production.
• Communicate effectively with international suppliers and partners, ensuring alignment on timelines and specifications.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Experience or a strong understanding of fabric sourcing, trims, and materials procurement is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software tools.
