Role Description:
This is a full-time
on-site role for Marketing Manager role located in Thessaloniki. The Marketing
Manager will be assisting to form a global marketing and communications
strategy, respond to incoming leads and maintain the presence of the company on
the internet. This role will report to the CEO.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve organizational
objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts
with overall business goals.
- Brand Management:
Safeguard and enhance the company's brand identity. Ensure consistent messaging
and visual representation across all channels.
- Campaign Development:
Conceptualize, plan, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns. From
ideation to execution, manage campaigns that resonate with the target audience
and drive engagement.
- Digital Marketing:
Oversee the digital marketing strategy, including social media, email
marketing, SEO, and online advertising. Stay abreast of industry trends and
leverage digital platforms for maximum reach.
- Budget Management:
Develop and manage the marketing budget effectively. Monitor expenditures,
analyze ROI, and optimize spending for maximum impact.
- Performance Metrics:
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly track, analyze, and
report on the success of marketing initiatives. Use data-driven insights to
refine strategies and improve results.
- Maintain Internal Company Channels:
Update Company Viva Engage channels with announcements and didactic content.
- First point of contact:
Be the first point of contact for incoming leads and inquiries, based on the
guidelines provided by the company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s
degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- Proven
experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role.
- Demonstrated
success in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
- Knowledge and
experience using Google Ads, Google Analytics and Analytics platforms for
Social Media Channels, especially LinkedIn.
- Strong
understanding of digital marketing trends and tools, including graphic design
software.
- Excellent
communication skills both verbal and written in both Greek and English. Italian
would be greatly appreciated.
- Analytical
mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Creative
thinker with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
