We are seeking for a Travel Agent with a passion for travel and creating lifetime experiences to join our company and play a key role in guiding, promoting, and booking travel services.
Requirements:
- Book and issue air and ferry tickets
- Book hotels, car rentals, and activities
- F.I.T.
- Advising clients on suitable options for domestic or international destinations, tours, accommodation, transport, insurance, and fares
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Proven working experience as a travel consultant
- Knowledge of Sabre or Amadeus and ForthCrs
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Greek and English
- Excellent command of MS Office suite and social media
Before applying, make sure you have the below qualifications for the position of travel agent:
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Excellent knowledge and handling of a GDS, preferably Sabre
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- ΙΑΤΑ Degree or Hospitality studies will be considered a plus
