As a Surveyor, your main responsibilities will be :

• Manage property ownership issues within the National Cadastre.
• Submit new property ownership declarations.
• Verify the accuracy of property mapping and documentation.
• Submit correction requests for geometric modifications at all cadastral stages.
• Prepare topographic diagrams and property surveys for legal and technical purposes.
• Draft technical reports on geometric, legal, and technical property issues.
• Handle technical and urban planning matters related to real estate assets.
• Collaborate with public authorities, urban planning offices, land registries, and the National Cadastre for property-related matters.
• Monitor legislative developments concerning property management and the cadastre.

For the Surveyor position, you need to have:

• Degree in Surveying Engineering from a recognized educational institution.
• Prior working experience 1-3 years
• Experience in cadastral management, topographic surveys, and technical reporting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS, MS Office, and surveying software applications.
• Strong knowledge of urban planning and cadastral legislation.
• Ability to resolve technical and legal property issues.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Availability for on-site measurements and inspections.
