Our Distribution & Special Projects Team, as a part of the Commercial department, has a direct impact on our new mission to deliver a smoke-free future. We are the key integrator to secure smooth operations in our Distribution network, while securing the availability & sustainable management of our Smoke-Free Products (SFP) across the market.

Your ‘day to day’:

Commercial Operations Deployment / Distribution Network

  • Engage regularly with our Exclusive Distributors, close performance monitoring with all stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and to design the action plan ahead
  • Safeguard adequate product availability & ensure proper deployment of all Commercialization initiatives for both Smoke-Free and Combustible products throughout the year
  • Orchestrate new product launches for all our product categories
  • Ensure smooth deployment of product delisting’s and proper management of returned quantities based on the respective policy
  • Align with our Exclusive Distributors to ensure proper Channel operations (for both Brand Retail & Indirect Retail) and interact/follow-up with Field Force
  • Provide timely and accurate information flow of Commercialization activities through physical & online meetings / including our feedback loop with our customers to improve ways of working

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or in any other related field
  • Minimum 3 to 4 years of professional experience in Field Sales/Commercial roles, ideally in a multinational company
  • Proven experience managing and overseeing the operations of wholesalers
  • Attention to detail, data-driven and pro-active mindset
  • Commercial acumen and ‘can-do’ attitude towards different projects/challenges
  • Ability to deliver to various stakeholders and needs in parallel or in limited time-frame
  • Advanced use of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in both written and oral English and Greek
  • Fulfilled military obligations (if applicable)
