We are looking for passionate females with beach or pool side background in a resort or hospitality field (minimum 1 year) for the role of the Head Waitress at Mykonos Bay Resort & Villas for the Summer Season 2025. Please send us an updated CV with a recent photo.
The Head Waitress in the beach club or pool bar of the hotel will be responsible for managing her section, ensuring excellent customer service, interacting with guests, supported by the assistant waiter while providing a seamless and memorable experience.
Qualifications:
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Upselling and Bottle Service skills
- Previous Experience in a similar role, minimum 1 year
- Ability to work well under pressure, stand long hours under the sun in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to interact with multicultural guests and team members
- Excellent knowledge of English language is a must, other foreign languages are considered as a plus
- Team player with organization skills and attention to detail
- Able to handle cash, take payments by Cash and Credit Card using the POS system
- Pleasant attitude with a professional appearance
