We are currently seeking a full - time Sales - Front desk agent to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving sales and ensuring smooth operational processes for our bike tour company in Athens.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing sales inquiries and bookings.
• Operational coordination: Overseeing the operational aspects of our bike tours, including managing tour schedules, coordinating with guides and suppliers, ensuring logistical efficiency, and maintaining high-quality service standards.
• Customer service

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the tourism industry, with a focus on operations and sales.
• Fluent in English, both written and oral, to effectively communicate with international clients and partners.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Α passion for travel, biking, and promoting sustainable tourism practices.
