Senior Accountant

LMW is seeking on behalf of an IT company, specializing in providing comprehensive consulting services, a Senior Accountant.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor accounting books and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Perform data entry and manage bookkeeping for various financial transactions
• Prepare and submit all required tax declarations, including income tax, VAT, and withholding taxes
• Handle VAT-related processes, manage withholding taxes, and ensure proper documentation
• Ensure compliance with the Greek MyDATA electronic bookkeeping system
• Conduct bank reconciliations and oversee the management of related financial services

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 3 years of professional experience in an accounting office setting
• Strong knowledge of Greek Accounting Standards and relevant tax legislation
• Proficiency in accounting software, particularly SOFTONE
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
