Investor Relations Manager (Ref. 5816/IRM/ESS/GR)
Role Overview:
The Investor Relations Manager serves as a key liaison between the Group and the investment community, ensuring the organization meets its obligations for transparency, compliance, and effective communication.
This role is pivotal in managing investor relationships, supporting media engagement, and providing actionable insights to senior leadership. Additionally, the IR Manager ensures full alignment with Corporate Governance regulations, safeguarding the company’s reputation and adherence to best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the company’s stock performance, including price trends, trading volumes, and shareholder composition.
- Execute buyback programs in alignment with company strategy and compliance requirements.
- Prepare detailed and accurate reports for the Investor Relations department to support strategic decision-making.
- Stay up-to-date with Greek Corporate Governance regulations, communicate updates to senior leadership and the Board of Directors, and draft the company’s Corporate Governance Statement.
- Collaborate with senior management to conduct meetings with institutional investors, ensuring compliance with regulatory, transparency, and international corporate governance standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international investors, offering insights on key issues and communicating them effectively to the leadership team.
- Provide consistent and professional communication with investors via email and telephone.
- Participate in roadshows and targeted meetings with prospective investors as needed.
- Develop high-quality corporate presentations, press releases, and communication assets to represent the Group’s vision and performance.
- Organize and document General Assemblies, ensuring all departmental aspects are addressed.
- Prepare and coordinate responses to due diligence questionnaires to facilitate informed investor decision-making.
- Manage and coordinate the dividend distribution process efficiently.
- Ensure the company’s website remains a reliable source of information for shareholders by updating it with relevant content.
- Address additional tasks and projects as assigned by senior leadership, demonstrating flexibility and professionalism.
