Job Description:
As an experienced Site Engineer, your primary responsibility will be overseeing and managing residential projects within Greece's largest urban regeneration initiative. Take on a pivotal role with the following key responsibilities:

Main Responsibilities:
Supervision of Construction Projects: Monitor and control project, monthly reports, oversee and control general contractor reports, coordinate fieldwork activities.
Schedule Oversight: Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying critical paths and potential delays, apply effective scheduling strategies to optimize project timelines.
Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards in all manufacturing phases, conduct daily inspections and quality control reviews to ensure compliance with specifications.

• University Civil Engineering Diploma.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in Construction Management and Supervision of large-scale projects (residential, retail, etc.).
• Experience in monitoring time scheduling.
• Excellent knowledge of English (official language of the project).
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and MS Projects/Primavera.
• Driver's license.
• Excellent communication skills, teamwork, organizational skills, initiative-taking ability, time management, multitasking, flexibility, efficiency, and consistency.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have but not Necessary):

• Experience in contract management, budgets, claims, etc.
• Study and review of structural designs
• Knowledge of the legislative framework for design and permitting (ΝΟΚ, Κτιριοδομικός, 4495/17, etc.).
• Knowledge of project management platforms (Aconex, etc.).
