Trekking Hellas is seeking to hire a Team Member for the Incoming Tourism Operations department at our headquarters in Marousi, Athens.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the complete and efficient organization of trips across Greece, overseeing all services offered (air tickets, ferry tickets, accommodation, activities, etc.).
- Communicate with international travel agents and FITs (Free Independent Travelers).
- Maintain excellent communication and cooperation with the Sales Department to draft, prepare, and review programs from both financial and quality perspectives.
- Collaborate closely with the Accounting Department to manage incoming and outgoing payments and related invoicing.
- Provide administrative assistance in day-to-day office operations.
Qualifications:
- Degree or current student in Tourism or Business Administration.
- Fluency in Greek and an excellent command of English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in the following software: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, online booking platforms, virtual meeting tools, CRM, or similar systems.
- Strong team spirit and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
- High adaptability and flexibility.
Highly Desirable:
- Personal or professional experience in outdoor activities.
- Previous travel experience within Greece, and willingness to travel.
- Proficiency in a third language (preferably German or French).
- Knowledge of environmental best practices.
