Sales Operations Analyst will be:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document and analyze business requirements
- Liaise with other departments, such as logistics, finance, marketing
- Evaluate existing sales documentation and reporting (pricing, KPIs) and developing them
- Maintaining and improving sales related (pricing, forecast, CRM, order flows) digital tools
- Maintain and update customer records and prices in ERP, CRM systems and other digital tools
- Generate reports and dashboards and analyze them to sales data, pricing performance and profitability
- Track sales targets, performance metrics and KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align pricing strategies with competitor benchmark, market trends and business goals
- Record and follow up contractual conditions
