Executive Management Assistant
Job description
- Perform full administrative and general office duties to support the team of the CEO's office (check mailbox, answering phone calls, redirecting calls as required, arrange meetings)
- Dictation and reply of emails
- Keep track of meetings and conference calls
- Prepare presentations and reports as assigned
- Order office supplies and replacements, as well as managing mail and courier services
- Organize and maintain filling systems
Maintain and organize the conference and meeting rooms
Candidate profile
- BSc or BA Office Administration / Business Administration certification, HR or relevant field.
- At least 3 years of experience working in similar position
- Proficient in MS Office suite (word, excel, powerpoint, outlook) and fluency in English
- Outstanding communication, negotiation and interpersonal ability
- Excellent organizational and time management skill with ability to prioritize tasks
- Problem solving and decision making skills and results oriented
- Team spirit, confidentiality, adaptability and proactive thinking
