Diamond Collection Hotels is an awarded modern, upscale hospitality complex, with a customized, warm and professional approach to service. It consists of two hotels, a 4-star Boutique and a 5-star Resort, a first of a kind Beach Bar in Kos and a Dermatology Clinic in the region of Kos.

Diamond Collection Hotels wishes to recruit for Season 2025.

• Manage all aspects of the spa facility, including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
• Supervise spa staff, provide training, and ensure excellent customer service is provided to all guests.
• Develop and execute spa promotions and packages to increase revenue and attract new clients.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of spa products and supplies and ensure they are ordered in a timely manner.
• Monitor and manage the spa budget, ensuring expenses are kept within predetermined guidelines.
• Ensure the spa meets all health and safety standards and regulations.
• Promote the spa's services and products to hotel guests and visitors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management or related fields.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in managing a spa facility in a luxury hotel.
• Experience in sales, promotion, and marketing of spa services.
• Extensive knowledge of spa treatments, products, and equipment.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
