ICAP Employment Solutions, on behalf of its client in the health sector, is looking for a highly motivated HR & Payroll Administrator to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will support the HR function and actively communicate directly with employees, as well as with the client.

Responsibilities:

  • Process hiring documentation
  • Implement the operational onboarding and offboarding process
  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Update internal databases
  • Prepare and file HR Documents
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data
  • Participate in HR projects

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • At least 3 - 4 years of experience in HR & Payroll Administrative role
  • BSc preferably in Accounting or Human Resources
  • Experience in Payroll preparation will be considered an asset
  • Hands-on experience with an HR Software (preferably Pylon HRM)
  • High level attention to detail and numerical literacy
  • Excellent proven organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize
  • Excellent communication skills and flexibility
  • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
  • Computer literacy
