LeadCompass on behalf of a Leading Bank is currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Business Development Programs Expert.
The role requires the successful candidate to be based at the bank's headquarters in Sofia, Bulgaria (On – site).

Responsibilities:
- In-depth understanding of the banking sector, products and services for business clients.
- Analyzing existing banking products and services to identify potential for new offerings or modifications.
- Researching and analyzing national and European programs to identify funding opportunities for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).
- Structuring, implementing, and managing projects, ensuring smooth cooperation between the bank and external institutions involved in the projects.
- Supporting the branch network by facilitating the implementation of new products and services, including on-site visits.
- Evaluating project results and taking corrective measures if needed.
Main Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
- Fluency in English and Greek languages.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on prioritization and systematic execution.
- Constructive and open approach to work with people.
- Previous experience in business positions in other financial institutions will be considered as an advantage.
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria
