Key Responsibilities and Tasks

As part of our team, you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:

• Facilitate Private Cruise Sales: Engage with guests to promote and manage private cruise bookings
• Document Management: Handle the preparation and organization of necessary documentation
• Company Representation: Act as an ambassador for the company, maintaining professionalism and excellence 24/7
• Compliance: Strictly adhere to company SOPs and operational guidelines
• Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with yacht crew members to deliver top-tier experiences
• Foster Team Spirit: Cultivate a team-oriented mentality that enhances workplace synergy

Your Profile

We’re looking for passionate individuals who embody the following:

• Calm and Composed: Maintain a drama-free, steady demeanor even under pressure
• Positive and Friendly: A warm, welcoming attitude paired with a constant smile
• Team-Oriented: Strong collaboration skills to work harmoniously with others
• Multitasking Proficiency: The ability to manage diverse tasks effectively
• Professional Appearance: Always present a neat, clean, and polished look
• Aspiring Hostess: A desire to excel as the hostess of the World's Leading Private Cruise
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English is a must, with Spanish, German, or Russian as valuable additions
• Work Eligibility: Open to EU citizens or non-EU citizens with a full-time work permit
• Hospitality Experience: Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus but not required
• Yachting and Marina Experience: Familiarity with yacht or marina services is advantageous but not essential
• Driving License: A valid driving license is considered an asset
• Yachting Credentials: A motor or sailing yacht license is highly desirable, even without prior experience
• Seasonal Commitment: Availability to work from April to November
