Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino within the Food & Beverage Department in Pylos, the Mixologist is responsible to assists the Head Bartender in driving the development and maintenance of an innovative and unique beverage program. He/She is responsible for the smooth running of the service of the designated outlet with service excellence, to deliver business objectives and financial success. The Mixologist reports to the Head Bartender.
As Mixologist, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Prepare and serve drinks and food while ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and proper stock levels in the bar area.
- Greet guests, explain menu items, and provide recommendations.
- Follow liquor regulations and ensure all served items are accounted for on the bill.
- Assist with guest inquiries, directions, and emergency procedures.
- Attend training sessions and department meetings to maintain service standards.
